The Dark Knight Rises

Well I have to say that those people who watched this movie and said that it was too long and that Bane was hard to understand are talking total rubbish. This movie is the final in the trilogy, an epic so it ha to be long. I also had no issues with Bane's voice. This film is amazing raising the bar on an action level but also on an emotional one. I actually was seriously worried when the Batman web up against Bane, the guy was a monster!!! And Ann Hathaway was sleek and completely sexy, i loved it!!!

What to expect when expecting

I have to say I saw this movie today with my wife and i have to say it was most enjoyable. Some super comic moments as well as some emotional ones. A great flick to take your wife to!!!

Prometheus

Hi guys I checked out Prometheus last night in 3D and I loved it!!! The effects and atmosphere were awesome but I did leave with many questions still unanswered. Such questions are. How did the derelict get on to LV426 as Prometheus was set on a different planet ? What happens to Shaw and David? Why are the creature's in Prometheus so sufferer from the Aliens on Aliens??? Why are the engineers smaller in Prometheus than they appear in Alien? So many questions to answer still??? But I totally loved this movie, a real treat enjoy !!!!!!!

Aliens - a superior movie

Aliens was one of the best sequels ever to grace the cinema screen. What made it so good ? The film incorporated all of the atmosphere and chills if the first movie and in addition added some serious action. Ripley is thrown back to the wolves and returns to the alien world that changed her life forever. Couple the great characters if the marines with some serious high tech weaponry and you have one of the best looking sci fi horror movies ever made. The finale with the alien queen tops off an awesome roller coaster ride. Let's hope Prometheus can too it!!!!

Hall Pass. One funny movie!!!

I checked this movie our the other night and have to say some if the sick jokes had me in stitches I would recommend it!

Mass Effect 3

Yes it's official Mass Effect 3 is amazing. I have just purchased this for my PS3 and I can genuinely say this film is like taking part in a movie. I love everything about this game, the detail, the characters and amazing effects, incredible!!!

The Dark Knight Rises

So the Dark Knight returns to our screens this summer and boy has it felt like a wait.  The Dark Knight totally raised the bar and it will be an effort to top it.  But looking at the trailer I think the next instalment is going to be another epic one. The Dark Knight Rises has arch enemy Bane face off against Batman.  An interesting point to note that in the comics the master villain Bane is the only villain to actually defeat Batman at one point and actually breaks his back!!! So they have saved the most evil villain for last but will Tom Hardy's Bane live up to the Ledger's wicked joker??? Well I hope so but I must say the Dark Knight will be difficult to beat, but if anyone can do it Chris Nolan can. 

Ice Age 4 is on the way!!!

The ice age movies are great animated movies and there is a new one on the way.

Bladerunner

It is great news that a Bladerunner sequel is in the pipeline, II loved the original. So what could be improved on? Well the effects still look fab today and the storyline was a unique and compelling one. So what about the action? For me it would be great to see more action scenes in the sequel as my only fault with the original was the lack of it but I love action and adventure but this is not what Bladerunner was about. The main strengths of Bladerunner were the storyline, Harrison Ford, the atmospheric music and the awesome special effects. It will be very interesting to see what the sequel has in store for us, I will be there in the front row!

Top Gun 2 I hear has a new writer, how cool! I hope they care with this one and try to re capture the amazing visuals of the original and try not to use too much CGI. What do you think?
